Refund Policy

TCG Bros llc reserves the right to deny any and all refund requests. merchandise is quality checked upon receiving products from our partnered warehouses as well as during the selection process of packing and shipping orders. tcg bros llc takes protective packaging very seriously. if item/s are damaged during shipping, tcg bros llc escalates to the service utilized. ie: USPS or UPS. please verify your address is entirely correct before placing your order, as we (tcg bros llc) will charge additional shipping costs to reship your order if it is incorrect and returned.
